From the Field - A Real Q&A from our Educator User Group

A member of our community group posted a question that resonated with others:

"Good morning - we have two teachers who are co-teachers for a class. One is the 'lead' teacher, and the other is assigned as a co-teacher. Only the lead teacher can view the course roster in ParentSquare to communicate effectively. Is there a way for the co-teacher to also view that roster in ParentSquare to communicate? Thanks in advance for any insight!"

Soon, a helpful response arrived from another member. It was a perfect example of the collective wisdom of our group. The member explained the steps for a simple solution: ParentSquare allows for the addition of co-teachers and even room parents, provided they have the proper access, to help with class communication. This insight quickly solved the problem, enabling the co-teachers to get the access they needed.

Our Educator User Group is an exclusive online community where current ParentSquare users share ideas, ask questions, and exchange best practices and tips. While access is reserved for active customers, you will be invited to join once your district comes on board. In the meantime, this Facebook group is limited to verified educators already using ParentSquare.
